 Diet Affects Your Breathing

Diet affects your breathing

Is there a link between asthma and Diet? Yes. What you eat too much affects the functioning of the respiratory system - it affects everything. Therefore, if a person wants to control the symptoms of asthma and seizures, this is one factor to consider.

According to medical research, Asthma is an allergic lung infection. In addition, asthma attacks can be caused by chemicals, pollutants, pollen, fungi, dust, animal skin, food, exercise, and even temperature changes.

However, friends, I am talking about my experience with asthma from the age of 7 until I was about 20, one thing that I think has a very negative impact on breathing and health as a whole, it will be what a person eats.

This is a reality that has worked in a few projects pointed toward further developing respiratory wellbeing like the Russian "Breath Retaining Program for Asthmatics", Dr. Buteyko. During the few weeks that followed his advice, many with chronic asthma have been able to stop using Ventolin inhalers.

Now, I didn’t need to use his system; however, in my quest to eradicate acne, I stumbled upon a change of diet that miraculously cured asthma, halitosis, and total fatigue. Wondering how these dietary changes worked, but all the challenges of my life is what led me to do research and found that a similar system exists.

Well, what is the dietetic suggestion? another may ask. Simply put, it is to eliminate all processed foods and animal products such as meat, milk, eggs, and the like from your diet - simple and easy.

Two quotes that come to mind in promoting this: You are what you eat and let your food be medicine and your medicine your food.

Now, I ask you a question: What are the main causes of diarrhea that occur during asthma attacks and all coughing and sneezing? It's mucus.

All of the foods listed above form very mucous membranes and when digested (in the case of digestion), they leave more than most mucous membranes and slime. Remember that the lungs are the most important organs that excrete excretory, and if you add their function to this fact, it becomes clear that the use of these substances only harms the body.

Additionally, in my experience, DO NOT EAT ALCOHOL WITH YOUR FOOD AT ANY TIME. This prevents digestion by cleansing the juices needed in your stomach for that purpose. As a result, it prevents the much-needed diaphragm enlargement and consequently the congestion of the lungs - the life-giving airways - leading to respiratory sounds any asthma patient is accustomed to.

Diet for asthma patients.

Yes, the exact opposite, the food that binds mucus or builds up mucus.

These are just fruits and vegetables. Make sure they are organic if possible or at least not on the list of twelve pollutants i.e. those that are most contaminated with pesticides such as Apples, Mexican Watermelons, Grapes, etc.

Trust me on this; Speaking of experience, you would do well to avoid the fruits of that list when it comes to asthma. However, you will still be much better off avoiding those foods that are listed as making mucus in the beginning.

Some minor issues will still apply to the treatment of natural asthma, however, dietary contraindications are a fact we should be very careful about.

Remember that what you eat affects the way you breathe and the way you breathe affects the way you live.

Here's a breath of fresh air.
