* Unhealthy food


* Poor digestion


* Lack of water


* Allergies


* Repeated use of fingers, hands, legs, or arms


* Physical injuries - sports or accidents


Arthritis is a disease that is difficult to treat because it often has more than one cause. Working for just one reason may be helpful enough to provide relief from pain. But it is always helpful to know the many factors that contribute to arthritis in order to make different changes in healthy eating habits and lifestyles.
